Historic Flintham Photographs
Fred White, Flintham's shop keeper from 1911-1949, was a keen amateur photographer. He bought a camera in 1896 and from then until 1915 when his camera blew over and broke, he photographed people, local events and scenes.
In 1990 Fred's glass plate negatives were discovered, buried beneath decades of dust. The negatives were cleaned and printed and the results may be seen in the following albums.
